Charles Alton Harper Jr

Charles Alton Harper Junior, born on October 5, 1950, in Port Arthur, Texas, peacefully passed away on August 17, 2026, in Groves, Texas.

Charles dedicated his professional life as an electronics technician and troubleshooter of Class C medical equipment at Helena Labs, where his skills and precision were highly valued. Outside of his work, Charles found joy and solace in reading. He was also a devoted and longtime member of First Baptist Church Nederland Texas, where his faith was a cornerstone of his life.

He is remembered by his brothers, Steven Eric Harper and Matthew Elliot Harper.

Charles was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Charles Alton Harper Senior and Marjorie Elaine Jenkins and his sister, Lizbeth Kay Harper.

Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew him, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, quiet strength, and faith.
