Danny Cox, 67, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on July 22, 2026, in Beaumont. He was born on June 24, 1959, in Beaumont, Texas.

Danny found joy in the simple comforts of home. He was often found in his favorite chair watching westerns and playing casino games on his phone. He also enjoyed his trips to Delta Downs to play the slots. The highlights of his day were the cherished texts from Gabby and calls from Sarah, discussing the day's events. His evenings were brightened by calls from Emily, always concluding with "PawPaw loves you." He will be deeply missed and treasured in the hearts of his loved ones, who find comfort in knowing he is safe in the arms of Jesus and that they will be reunited.

Danny is survived by his beloved wife, Becky Cox; his daughters, Sarah and husband Josh Youngblood, Gabrielle (Gabby) and husband Elijah Williams, Tamara and husband Steven DuBois, and Amanda; his son, Greg and wife Shyla Morris; his grandchildren, Jacob Youngblood, Emily Youngblood, Camille Williams, Tallen Ardoin, Ethan Sargent, Natalie Dubois, and Silas Morris; and his sister, Lawonda Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Loyd Cox; his mother, June L. (Burnett) Cox; and his sisters, Debra (Debbie) Miller, Brenda Vogel, and Karen Hale.
