Roxanne Waller, a sweet and caring soul whose life was a testament to love and devotion, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2026, in Orange, Texas. She was born on October 10, 1964, in Port Arthur, Texas.

A dedicated homemaker, Roxanne poured her heart into creating a warm and inviting home for her family. She was renowned for her exceptional cooking, a skill she mastered with love, bringing joy to all who gathered at her table. Her greatest joy came from her role as a loving "Nanny" to her cherished grandchildren. She was a simple woman whose entire world revolved around her beloved family, finding her deepest happiness in their well-being and togetherness.

Roxanne's memory will be forever cherished by her loving daughter, Kimberly Waller; her devoted son, Toren Swift Jr.; and her adored grandchildren, Micheal Wells, Kenlyn Wells, Malakhi Waller, Kyah Brannon, Ryan Swift, and Kayson Swift. She is also survived by her siblings, Rocky DeRoche and his wife Michelle, Melissa Vilo and her husband Terry, and J. Lance DeRoche, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends who will miss her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Floyd and Joyce DeRoche; her husband, Toren Swift Sr.; and her precious granddaughter, Paisley Swift.
